Our online courses are designed to meet the needs of busy caregivers, regardless of your location or time zone.
Students watch, listen, reflect, and engage with instructors and other course participants at any time during the week that works best for them.
Your instructor will welcome you to the course just prior to the start, will interact with you weekly during the course, and be available for questions.

How much time does a course take?
We recommend 2-3 hours/week to study the course materials, complete quizzes, and engage in discussions.
To take full advantage of the contemplative practices being presented, you are encouraged to set aside 15-20 minutes daily for your own personal meditation

You can access the units at times that are convenient for your time zone and schedule.
Each weekly unit will be open for learning on Tuesday morning at 8 am US EST.
We recommend staying on pace for each weekly unit as you move through the 8 week course period. This facilitates maximum impact and interaction with you instructor and other students.

You will receive a confirmation email.
A week prior to the course start date, you will receive access and instructions to familiarize yourself with the online learning platform
If you register late, you will receive instructions within a day or two.
