Authentic Presence

Authentic Presence was developed by a team of health and social care professionals to help family and professional caregivers stay well while meeting the deeper emotional and spiritual needs of dying patients or loved ones.

Our online courses and workshops teach contemplative-based tools and resources to support all caregivers in:

  • reconnecting with sources of joy, purpose, spirituality and wholeness

  • building a strong foundation for resiliency

  • deepening caregiver knowledge and skills.
